Terms of Service

Yeta AI is a web-based platform that provides live AI-powered audio dubbing of public YouTube videos. You submit a YouTube URL, select a target language, and the Service generates dubbed audio synchronised with the video playback in your browser.

The Service is currently available on desktop browsers only. A mobile application is in development.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Submit URLs to private, age-restricted, or otherwise inaccessible YouTube videos
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or tamper with the Service
• Use automated means (bots, scripts) to access or consume the Service
• Resell or redistribute dubbed content without the original rights holder's permission
• Use the Service in a way that violates YouTube's Terms of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Free accounts receive 15 minutes of dubbing per calendar month. Paid plans provide additional monthly minutes as described on our Pricing page.

Unused minutes do not roll over to the next month. One-time top-ups are non-refundable once consumed.

Payments are processed by Lemonsqueezy. Subscription charges are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis for unused subscriptions. Contact ceo@coderep.io within 7 days of a charge if you believe a refund is warranted.

Yeta AI does not claim ownership of the YouTube videos you submit. All rights to source content remain with their respective owners.

The Yeta AI platform, technology, and brand are the intellectual property of Yeta AI. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that dubbing output will be error-free, perfectly accurate, or suitable for any specific purpose. Dubbing quality varies depending on video content, audio clarity, and language pair.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yeta AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
