Terms of Service

Yeta AI is a web-based platform that provides live AI-powered audio dubbing of public YouTube videos. You submit a YouTube URL, select a target language, and the Service generates dubbed audio synchronised with the video playback in your browser.

The Service is currently available on desktop browsers only. A mobile application is in development.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Submit URLs to private, age-restricted, or otherwise inaccessible YouTube videos
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or tamper with the Service
• Use automated means (bots, scripts) to access or consume the Service
• Resell or redistribute dubbed content without the original rights holder's permission
• Use the Service in a way that violates YouTube's Terms of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Access to dubbing requires an active subscription. The Unlimited plan provides up to 1 hour of dubbing per day for $7 per month.

Your daily allowance resets each day at 00:00 UTC. Unused daily time does not roll over to the next day.

Payments are processed by Lemonsqueezy. Subscription charges are billed monthly in advance at the price shown on our Pricing page.

All payments are final and non-refundable. Because access to the Service is granted immediately and the daily dubbing allowance is made available to you right away, we do not provide refunds, credits, or pro-rated reimbursements for any payment, whether or not the allowance was used, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops any future charges and your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of the current or any prior billing period.

Yeta AI does not claim ownership of the YouTube videos you submit. All rights to source content remain with their respective owners.

The Yeta AI platform, technology, and brand are the intellectual property of Yeta AI. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that dubbing output will be error-free, perfectly accurate, or suitable for any specific purpose. Dubbing quality varies depending on video content, audio clarity, and language pair.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yeta AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
